we are called for second interview and they are asking on the interview letter for

-employment letter for both of us

-medical examen(we gave them one for less than a year)

we both are unemployed

is this gonna be a problem

by the way we gave them the affidavit fo support with application and they send us a RFE for bank statement and we responded ,this heppened before the first interview

***this interview will be video taped

can any one please explain to us what is going on and what to expect

this is for aos ,I-130 still pending ,

Sounds like a stokes interview, google stokes to see what you are in for, they are stating they do not think your marriage is bonafide. Who is the sponsor if you are both not working? You ay want to try and also get a co sponsor in case they ask this at the interview. Good lcuk

As long as the assest are 3 times the poverty level then no

You dont need a co sponsor if the CASH VALUE of sponsors assets is five times the difference between sponsors income and federal poverty guideline for your family size. If not you will need a co sponsor. If you have that down, gather more evidence to prove your marriage is bonafide and grill yourself on stokes interview questions. Best of luck!!!!!
