I hope someone could give some advices here. I had an appointment last October 30,2008 in St. Luke's Hospital (Manila) for my medical examination and November 7, 2008 for the Embassy Manila interview but something quite happens and was not able to go. This March 2009 we decided to rescheduled my 2 appointments and did call the embassy and they gave me details or date when to go but again for the second time i still missed it and it says from the embassy manila letter that there will be a possible termination of my papers the above date which is april 30 2008-april 30 2009, so it means 1 year is over. It says possible termination, does it mean we can still reschedule it again? Does anyone knows about Visa Waiver Program?? Hopefully to hear from anyone ..thanks and good luck...

Not sure why this is in UK forum as it appears to be PI related - moving thread

Citizens of the PI are NOT eligible for Visa Waiver Program

What was so important that you missed your original appointment AND the rescheduled appointment????

You may have to start from the begining again, and apply for a new K3 visa. You can not use the Visa Wavier Program to immigrate to the US. That would be Visa Fraud and will get you banned from entry to the USA.
