the comment in the article about the "The CDC says that southern states, where there is often the greatest emphasis on abstinence and religion, tend to have the highest rates of teenage pregnancy and STDs." does an injustice to the group mentioned as the "southern states" also have a high percentage of other groups as well. so which group within the southern states is the "offending" group with the higher rates? this information is strangely missing ...

I think it was MC's comment in another thread that is applicable here ... this article is a very poor example of researched journalism
