Hi Everyone! My wife has her Green Card Interview in Newark, NJ in August. She came here on a Fiancee Visa in January. I am surprised how fast the Interview came. As always we are coming to this great website to make sure we have everything ready for the interview.

We have gone through the questions regarding our marriage in USA and life in USA.

We have a bank statement showing we have a joint account

I have a statement from my company showing her as my beneficiary in my 401k

I have a statement from my company showing her as apart of my health plan

We live with my parents so we dont know own a property

We have many photographs from our travels to Florida and NYC.

We have a professional album from our Reception

We have photographs from our court marriage in USA

We have our Marriage Certificate

We have a copy of the AOS Application we submitted in March, along with the Affidavit of Support

We have her Birth Certificate and my Birth Certificate

I have a copy of my Naturalization of US Citizenship

We have her social security card

She is not working and is not going to school. But she does have her Employment Authorization Card.

We have her passport for ID and my Driver's License (but will also carry my US Passport)

Is there anything we are missing or should do further to prepare for the interview? We are not very stressed (yet) because so far everything has been very simple and normal. The K1 process went smoothly and we got married in 1 month of her arrival in USA in court. Also we have many photographs (we took 5-6 from each place we went to visit. Total of 40 + marriage and reception photos)

Excellent job. I had all that plus a copy of my 2008 W2 ; tax return. Good luck at your interview. You would do fine.
