Hi all VJers!

My wife visa (K3) will expire on July 22, 2009. I sent her AOS application early May and got NOA1 date of May 15, 2009 and she had her biometric on June 16, 2009. Will it be a problem when her visa expires in a week from now? What should I do?

Please help!

No issues, you have the NOA for the AOS. (you will not be able to use the K-3 to leave the country though, you will need an AP)

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
