I have a quick question. I had a successful biometric on June 30th and now everytime when I go online to check my status it says case # not found in the system. It's been 2 weeks after my biometric and no case update yet. Is this a normal practice or Should I be calling uscis to see whats going on. Ppl with similar experience please respond. Thank you !!

P.S I tried using the reciept # from NOA1 as well as the # from biometric letter. none works !!

Cases don't always appear online - no rhyme nor reason as to why. If you've had your bio appt, then you're definitely in the system so I wouldn't worry. It is frustrating though!
