Its been two months now since we gave them noticed about out application.. but still i dont get any updates on my case status online.. anybody has the same problem?

Application Type: I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

Current Status: DOCUMENT OTHER THAN CARD OR TRAVEL DOCUMENT BEING HELD FOR 180 DAYS SINCE RETURNED AS UNDELIVERABLE

On May 11, 2009, the post office returned your document I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) as undeliverable. We will hold it for 180 days from May 11, 2009 to allow you time to contact us. If you do not contact us at 1-800-375-5283 within 180 days, this document will be destroyed and you will need to file a new application or application for replacement with fee.

Thank you to all who will share their thoughts..i'll appreciate it a lot..im so confused why its not updATING to Pending application status? i believe that after two months i should get my no2. But its been two months since we solved this issue but how come its still the same? is this mean our two months that supposed to be our estimated approval or no2 came to waste? so 9 months for this whole visa process will now be 11 months? dam! :crying:

when there is one little mistake in uscis-applications , the entire process get delayed big time. Four months is an average waiting after screwing up (and it could be much worse). Its like they are punishing you. They do it to everyone. The entire immigration process is about stretching your nerves and discipining you to become an A+ citizen after all the hell. The waiting is the name of the game and I know how painful it is .... I made a very small mistake in my application and it got delayed for 6 more months. I was upset and could do nothing about it. Pure frastraton. Next time, before submitting, check twice and let it sit a few days before mailing.

GOOD LUCK with getting the NOA2 fast!!!

We filed on April 1 in CSC and are not approved yet. Neither are a lot of April filers. They seem to be working on March people right now.

Wait time @ CSC is currently 5 months (hopefully less) for K1 petitions. 2 months would be a miracle without an expedite, IMO.
