Case not received by NVC

We received our noa2 july 1st and ive been calling nvc eversince then and been told that they havent received our case...

they told me to wait 90 days!! my fiance is deploying and we cant wait 90 more days for our case to be just received!!

pls help what do we do? how long does it take normally for nvc to received it?

Approval: 2010-02-16

Greencard Received: 2010-02-25

Removal of Conditions:

1-07-12 Sent I-751 application to CSC

1-11-12 CSC received Application

1-13-12 check cashed

It most likely won't take 90 days. I haven't read of any case that has taken that long. Most likely it will be 2-3 weeks. You haven't even gotten to the 2 week mark yet- don't panic. Unfortunately there isn't much you can do in terms of expediting it so long as it's still sitting at the service center, but perhaps you can find out from NVC how to move things along once it arrives, i.e. avoid possible AP and request a quick interview date if deployment is imminent.

ours was june 12 and still nothing...i think this is a very busy time of year with all the tourist etc
