Hi my husband is here on a K-3. We applied for AOS & EAD. His EAD card was ordered on July 9th. Can we go ahead and apply for his ssn without the actual card? Maybe use a notice saying he was approved?

I-129F NOA2: April 3, 2008

NVC Received: April 22, 2008

Left NVC: May 15, 2008

Interview: June 18, 2008

U.S. Entry: August 11, 2008


Sent AOS package VIA Certfied Priority USPS: May 28, 2009

Arrived at lockbox: May 31, 2009

Received AOS & EAD NOA1 June 8, 2009: NOA Date June 4, 2009

EAD Card Production ordered 07/10/2009

EAD Received in mail 07/20/2009
