Hi guys: Can any one please tell me what is additional review is that? 4 years wait then 2 intereviews after background checks were completed now they sent me a letter in April 2009 to waint for another six months because of an additional review required.

Thanks in advance.

I-485/I-130 File and hold since June 2005

4th EAD card applied on June 30th 2009

2 intervews done in Atlanta office One join and 2nd separately

Something in your background/petitioners background triggered more background checking.

Since your from Pakistan, with a common name, this happens a lot.

You will have to wait the 6 months period and see what they do.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
