After hearing from the U.S. Embassy in Cairo on 3 DIFFERENT OCCASIONS that WE WERE NOT UNDER AP, we received the following e-mail from them yesterday:

Dear Madam,

Thank you for your e-mail message. Please note that your fiancé’s administrative processing has been completed. Since he had left his passport at our office, you don’t need to worry about it. We will issue his visa and send him the passport along with the immigration packet via DHL courier service as soon as possible.

Regards,

Consular Staff

Thank GOD that's over! Can someone please tell us how long it takes to receive the visa once the administrative process is completed at the U.S. Embassy in Cairo, Egypt? We REALLY do appreciate ALL THE HELP we can get! Thanks, guys! God bless you all!!!! :innocent::star::innocent::star::innocent:

Seriously, 2 WEEKS?!?!?!?!? :star: God, I hope you're right!!! As for our AP, well it took about a month and a half. We had our interview on May 19th. I'll make sure to keep you in my prayers! Don't lose hope... have faith in God above & you will see that HE will get you through this! May you get through your AP quickly! By the way, how long have you been waiting under AP?
