Do we mail the certified copy of marriage certificate after we e-file the i90 or do we just bring the original in at time of biometric appointment? Thanks

The instructions say:

"Change in Biographic Data:

If you are applying to replace a card because of a name change, you must bring the original court order, or a certified copy of a court order or marriage certificate reflecting the new name to your in-person appearance at the ASC. To replace a card because of a change in any other biographic data, you must bring copies of documentation to prove that the new data is correct. A replacement application based on a USCIS administrative error must also include an explanation."

Sounds like you'll take it (the original) to the ASC in person.
