Hi Every one,

Due to to my work schedule I can't be with my fiancee in Turkey for her Appointment and I just want to re-schedule it for some other time so I can be with her, should I tell the embassy that why I want to re-schedule it? or just send them a request that I want some other time?

on the website shows that all appointments are full until End of Sept so I'm requesting for some time in Oct.

Bellow is what I wrote, is this good?

Dear Honorable American Consulate of Ankara, Turkey,

My fiancée (Name) has an appointment for 15-Sept-2009, I’m wondering if I can re-schedule this appointment for the beginning of October?

If at the beginning of October is not possible any time in October is good for us too.

Bellow is her info:

FirstName LastName

Case# ANK2009.......

Date of Birth:

Type of Visa: K-1

Regards,

Do they even care that I'm re-scheduling it or they don't like it?! I just don't want to messed up my case...

I would recommend not to reschedule the interview. It could be months before they attempt to do so. (says so on their site).

Unless you think your case is weak - I would let your beneficiary go. Umit breezed through her interview. I wasn't there (would like to have been, but...)

It wasn't even asked if I was there.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
