My parents's case was transfered to California, (they are in US now), what does it mean?

Does it mean they will get GC approval without interview? I know it happened on married couple.

Thanks

06/05/09, Checks cashed

06/08/09, NOA's received, online status visable

06/12/09, Bio letters received

06/29/09, Bio done

06/30/09, case transfered to California
