For the parents address (questions 18 & 22), the full address does not fit when typing in the form. Should she write out the address once the rest is typed up and printed out, or write out the whole form, or just include an attachment and refer to that in the 'Current address' box? Or can she only include the (City or Town) (Province) (Country) and not include the street?

Yes, you can hand write it. I would try to write the whole address, attach a continuation if you must. Make sure the attachment is very clear what it is in answer to and who's application it is. List her name, NVC case number, and list the question # and re-state the question. Then provide the answer. On the form itself write "see attached"
