here i am again... :bonk::bonk:

BTW just like to ask some of ur tips... my sister in law received their cover sheet for their IV fee bill. and OAS for her hubby... the problem whey they download the coversheet it placed at the right side and unreadable due to small letter. we tried to fix it but it cant. any idea or similar situation???

Have you tried using a different web browser to download the cover sheet from the payment site??
