It says i can fax or mail it so im guessing it doesnt have to be the original signature correct? Just making sure, Does anything have to be original, EX. IV app?

I emailed NVC with the choice of agent. I used the template here on VJ so you dont have to use the DS3032 form. You can find the email template here, http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form

Definitely mail the hardcopy as well. They processed that before they got to my emails. Strange but when they've got a lot of emails it takes a while to get through them...

I never sent a hard copy in the mail, When I called and asked NVC they said that if you email it then you dont need to mail the hard copy as well.

I never sent a hard copy in the mail, When I called and asked NVC they said that if you email it then you dont need to mail the hard copy as well.

You don't need to, but if you want to get things moving more quickly then better to send it every way you can, no? It took them forever to generate my DS-3032, and forever to reply to the e-mail. About a week after my hardcopy was accepted I got an email response to my first email saying they'd already accepted the hardcopy and had an agent on record. I think they were especially backed up because it was a holiday weekend, which this weekend will be as well.
