Hello there.

I sent my i-751 request for removal of conditions today and I hope to get approved fast.I sent it to Vermont Center

I'm sending a JOIN petition and here is the info:

751 Application Form

545$ fee

Copy of Permanent Residence Card(front and back)

Copy of our Driver Licenses

Copy of our Social Security cards

Copy of 2008 Benefits Package from my employer indicating my wife being the beneficiary

Copy of 2009 Benefits Package from my employer indicating my wife being the beneficiary

Copy of my Employer Life insurance showing my wife as primary beneficiary

Copy of my Employer Accidental Insurance indicating my wife being the beneficiary

Copy of the employer Retirement Plan showing my wife being the primary beneficiary

Copies of our Trips Itineraries from 2008, 2009.Trips to Vegas, San Francisco , Grand Canyon.

Copy of our Car loan Pay books, web statements.

Copy of a letter from from our Bank regarding our Car loan under both names

Copy of Tax returns from 2007 and 2008

Copy of Utility bill just under my name but showing our address(not join account)

Copy of one of her credit cards statement showing our address(not join account)

Copy of our Car insurance from our 2 cars and statements regarding our account 2008/2009

Copy of Car Registration under both names

Copy of our Medical Insurance cards and a letter from the HMO

Copy of our Join Lease from 2 apartments condos we have rented since we got married.2007-2008-2009

Copy of Newspaper showing an interview of my wife stating that we are marry(she's an artist)

Copy of our Purchase Contract from Car Dealer showing both names

20 Photos with family, wedding, trips .

I didn't include affidavits and we don't have savings or checking account together.We just have the Car loan.

I'm a little worry about this(I didn't want to ask people for affidavits if it's not 100% necessary) But if they ask for REF I will get them and also I don't mind to have an interview.My marriage is real and I just want to have the 10 years green card and next year apply for citizenship.

I think it's impressive. It almost scares me since my evidence is way thinner than this and I also don't have affidavits and savings account. Good-luck!

Thank you guys, I almost send my facebook page showing that we are married but I decided not to.If they ask for more evidence I just make a HUGE package with everything.I'm thinking to open a JOINT account to pay our bills soon.Also I sent the package Overnight and with confirmation, It was 27 dollars !!!!!!But I really needed to send the package fast because this Friday is a holiday.Congratulations in your case for being approved and I hope I can match your time line!!Let me tell you that I checked all the forums regarding this topic and Visajourney is the best one out there.

List looks good, jpyaa, but I agree with you about the joint bank account. I would open one now so that if you get a RFE then you have something else substantial to submit.

Your list looks good, but like 'mozplay' said, start having some join financial account together to further strengthen your case. Since you applied at VSC expect the approval process to take some where from 4-8 months based on their past track record.

Thank you for your advice and I'll open a Join account next month to pay our bills such as Storage, Car Insurance, Rent and other utilities.

I hope I can get the 10 years card in 4 months so I just need to worry for citizenship next year.We are planing a couple of trips at the end of this year so I'll prefer to have the card instead of a stamp on my passport.Also I don't want to show my employer with just the NOA or the stamp.It's going to be awkward for me.
