Hi Everyone were both just curious with my husband, we are filling for CR1 as well with our Kid.

About the AOS they charge $400, do we have to pay the $400 for our 3 years old daughter?

or might be better to use k3/k4 and just work on the AOS later when we arrived in the US?

Any comments would be very helpful...

Thanks Everyone...

On CR/IR there is no Adjustment of status (AOS). Adjustment of status from a "K" visa is $600 - $1,010 per applicant

they charge a $400 visa fee for each visa applicant ($131 per "K" applicant)

they charge a $70 Affidavit of support (AOS) fee

CR/IR visa process is cheaper than "K" in the end

YMMV
