If you want to grab a pic, (or other resource) from a webpage you are viewing, you can either download it to your machine, and then "store" it someplace like flicker, or photobucket. Or, if you know the url, you can just use it the same way, without having to store it yourself. You can either look in the source code for the url, or simply highlight it on the page you are viewing and grab it.

Or right click the image!

I messed with the search engine a little bit and I wasnt very impressed. One of the unique features I liked about it was when on a image search you have the luxury of seeing the pics from the original image search page while looking at the selected image.

So for porn searching, you'd give it three stars?

OWNED!

does it have a url stripper? I get tired of having to hit F12 all the time.

F12 turns up my speakers. What does it do on yours?

Microsoft Developer Tools

And why are those needed to strip URLs and why do you need them to be stripped? (honest question, not giving you #######)

right click and look under properties for IE8. But the Developer Tools for IE8 are an extended set. You can turn display image url off and on.

So, let's be Wolfram|Alpha friends :P If only it was available in French now, I'll put my gov on it; you know, non-French websites should be blocked by un pare feu! (joke)

Good that you change your name to scandal, your last nick revealed my dyslexia, and I was reading "us-scandal" anyway :D
