UPDATE

please update the tracker its these days are tension free days for me and my wife . i received the visa on 30 April 2010 and when i reached to the courior service they did not charge me any money for the visa delivery ,, i did not knew that visa delivery was free.

my AP was for 8 months

Thanx bankermai the longest AP was for 6 months in this AP tracker for pakistan but now i received the visa and my AP is longest in this tracker lol. 8 months of AP.

Hi all.

I feel so bad for coming to Vj after almost a month, I had been busy hell and had problems with net after i came here

My hubbys POE was very smooth Alhamdollllah no problems at all.No qs were asked just had to wait for immigration proceedures in a room for abt 15 min.rest was fine

We are still waiting for SS card and Green card ..havenot receieved that in mail yet!

I can see quite a change an good news coming on VJ ! Happy for u all

Congratulations and good wishes fr new life in ur new homes Ameen

Can someone tell me what is the rule regarding a baby aged 6 months immigrating to US with LPR mother?

I mean,does he need a separate Pakistani passport or would they register him on mom's passport?

If you or one of the parent is US citizen then baby can get US passport from US embassy in Pakistan. Make sure you get NICOP card from NADRA for your baby before travelling to USA on US passport.

Guys whats the deal on Police Reports from Pakistan?

My wife needs one.I heard NVC allows you time to get the police reports and you can bring it with you at the interview.Is it true?

I never heard NVC allow you to bring Police report with you. But I know they will ask you to submit with the other documents, they they forward your case to embassy. I will say call NVC and ask them. Goodluck

In the event of a baby born to two LPR parents in Karachi,is it still necessary to take the baby to the embassy in Islamabad or can they just go to the consulate in Karachi to do whatever is required?

Consulate in Karachi is of no help as they do not deal in immigrant visa. You better email USEM Isb and they will surely reply you the procuedure.
