Can i also bring snacks or chocolates or candies? In my hand carry and check in baggage?

No problem with snacks, but what are you going to do when all that women's stuff runs out? Wife learned quickly she can buy all that stuff and more here. This is the USA!

i know i know but the thing is i still love our own product hehe..... besides, its kinda expensive in US unlike here..

It's like $10 in USA is only $3 here in the Philippines.. hehe

Bringing familiar things with you makes you feel more at home, regardless of what you can buy in the US :)

Just to share one other negative experience, make sure your caps are on very tight, even tape them closed, if on a spray can, make sure the cover is also taped on, if it falls off and pressure is on the nozzle.......

thanks!! more more tips!!! :star:

If you can seal the bottles inside large plastic bags, that also gives extra protection in case of a spill. A friend arrived here with a large broken bottle of olive oil that spilled all over the inside of his checked bag. He got through customs PDQ though.

Was going to mention sealed plastic bags, if those bottles are with your cloths, stains is the dirty word, those baggage handlers are rough. Wouldn't hurt to wrap them in bubble wrap.

It has been a challenge, but just about everything my wife was accustomed to in her home country, I have been able to find here, and is saving a couple of bucks worth staining an expensive dress?

If anything does happen, you can find lots of information on the web for safely removing stains.
