I would suggest preparing for the interview. MMW has a great thread on the CR1 interview experience and the thread even includes pictures of document organization: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...=189444&hl=

Don't make that assumption, LOL. :innocent: You, or your petitioner, should call the number to see if the USEM has recorded you in their system. Even if they have, you may no be able to book your appointment immediately. I had to wait several days before they would allow me to book my Meve's appt.

You also don't need to wait for your packet. Once they book your appointment, they can send you an e-letter to your email, and that of your petitioner's. That e-letter is your 'ticket' to enter St. Lukes for your medical.

Moving on w/life

Via PLDT or SMART (with NDD or IDD access): Tel. No. 1-909-101-7878

The number will be available for GLOBE subscribers shortly.

Seafarer Call Center: Tel. No. 1-909-101-7878

Callers in the USA can also contact the Call Center at 1-888-877-9888. There is a fee assessed to callers by the call center for its services.

Embassy will send you a letter stating that you can schedule your interview already but dont wait for this because it'll take long. If I were you call the above num, ask them if they have your case already. Once it's in their system, you can schedule your interview right away. Just like what 4MYMEVE said.
