If you are using an attorney for your K-1 process will they recieve the NOA2 and then send it to me? Or will it be mailed to me directly?

Who's your Choice of agent? if your attorney is then you may or may not recieve the NOA but your attorney will just have him/her scan and email it to you

I did a K3 and they mailed me a copy of something that looks like a NOA2 but sent the original to the lawyer. I just got a letter from the NVC too..So they will send you letters as well.

Sometimes NVC USCIS is not 100% But your attorney will allways get the NOA's
