Medicaid Effect, pls... give me some advice

Hello fellow members,

Would appreciate if you can share me some info about my concern. Hubby lost his job and we are planning to apply for medicaid and or WIC for our our USC baby...my question is..would this affect my Removal of condition and the I-130 petition we filed for my 2 kids in the Philippines?

For Your removal - there is no problem - as no support is asked for as part of this process. However, for the kids, I am assuming you will need to provide proof of support - perhaps you can line up a co-sponsor. Someone else doing a petition for kids should be able to elaborate. Good Luck
