we were touched today, as well as yesterday. Still haven't received the RFE though.

Do we dare to dream that they are actually looking at the files and reviewing them for approval, pending RFE receipt? That is what I am going to believe, because it pleases me.

04/13/06 - I-129F mailed

04/18/06 - NOA1

08/30/06 - NOA2

09/26/06 - received at NVC

09/27/06 - forwarded to consulate

20/11/06 - visa in my pocket!

14/01/07 - POE

13/04/07 - marriage

27/04/07 docs sent in for AOS, EAD, AP

26/06/07 - biometrics appointment

02/17/07 - AP and EAD arrive

03/03/08 - Infopass - where the heck is my AOS interview?? No one knows!

touches are coming along. i had problems with my internet connection earlier.... im happy for all of us who were in some way or another touched by the csc -angels... yeah today they are on my good side... keep touching us and let those approvals come rollin in! my fiance just sent me a text message... he has a tummy ache...porr thing...hopefully soon i will be able to take care of him when he gets tummy aches... awww.. HAHAHAHAH! happy fourth of july peeps

wishing all of us SPEEDY NOA2s and RFE approvals....

we got touched today and yesterday. This is good news that there are ghost in the uscis during holiday :thumbs:

*Sent form 05/15 to CA Service Center

*NOA1 Received 5/19

*RFE Received 06/2009

*Biometrics 07/2009

*RFE sent to CSC 09/2009

*Notification of RFE acceptance 10/2009

*Interview Date: December 4th!

*January 9th: Received 10 year Green Card in the mail :)

hi guys just wanted you to know i got my second touch since csc sent me an email that they have received my RFE(jun 30). i got touched yesterday as well as today...

anyone else get touched today? i know vsc'ers are getting their approval notices already, i hope one from california will come up soon....

have a nice fourth of july friends HUGGSSSSSSSSSSSSS :energetic: :star:

I know I have same NOA1 as yours ...so hopefully we'll hear some good news before or on my birthday :lol:

goodness i do hope so... when is your birthday? might be a good present. i think any day SOON would be a good present for all of us.

hi cali dreamer. i just wanted to give yo some words of encouragement, if any. someone who filed in febuary got touched and he was approved jul 1st. i think he was the one who at 2 am was running around his house all happy and his roommates were there... from CSC too. im hoping you do get your NOA2 soon... my prayers are with you as well as all of us... we dont deserve to spend 4th of july alone... celebrate celebrate... right now im celebrating with my two doggies. theyre sleeping while i had some skinny cow ice cream sammiches...
