Was denied 2 times before as a Tourist Visa going to the US

Hello Fellow VJ's....

Just wondering since when i was working in Dubai, UAE before, i tried to applied as a tourist visa going to the US....and was denied two times..will this NOT affect my CR-1 petition soon?

I-130 NOA1 : 2010-02-19

I-130 RFE :

I-130 RFE Sent :

I-130 Approved : 2010-04-27

NVC Received : 2010-05-03

Received DS-3032 / I-864 Bill : 2010-05-06

Pay I-864 Bill 2010-05-08

Receive I-864 Package : 2010-05-11

Return Completed I-864 : 2010-05-22

Return Completed DS-3032 : 2010-05-12

Receive IV Bill : 2010-05-18

Pay IV Bill : 2010-05-20

Receive Instruction Package : 2010-05-21

JUNE 23, 2010 - MEDICAL PASSED!

RFE - resend JULY 3, 2010...NVC RECEIVED JULY 14! (ON THEIR SYSTEM)

Case Completed at NVC : AUGUST 16, 2010 (US time)

Interview Date: OCTOBER 4, 2010 ~~~THANKS SO MUCH GOD ALMIGHTY! =)

Interview: APPROVED (Thanks so much Lord)...God is really Good...

some people have been denied also and it never posed a problem in their immigrant petition. i was denied 3x before but its the least of my worries.

feb. 26,2008-----noa1

aug. 26, 2008----transferred to csc

sept. 19, 2008--- approved

NVC:

sept. 26, 2008----got case # from a live operator

oct. 6, 2008 ------received AOS bill/paid online

oct. 7, 2008 ------shows PAID

oct. 14,2008 -----IV fee generated/ paid online

oct. 15,2008 -----shows PAID

oct. 16,2008 -----mailed DS230 overnight

oct. 23,2008 ---- RFE

nov. 3,2008 ----- case complete

nov. 26,2008 --- medical exam

aug. 14,2009 --- remedical finally, passed

aug. 24, 2009 -- interview , passed

aug. 29, 2009 -- visa in hand

sept. 24, 2009 -- POE LAX

no , it will not affect your petition , i myself has applied twice and was both denied.

i don't think so... unless you were denied for reason of gross misrepresentation.

i got denied once, i'm planning on bringing with me my brother's passport entry and exit stamp for US... we were planning on visiting him before 2006 but consul denied our tourist visa.
