I had pictures taken in January for my passport. We are filing our I-130 this next week. Can I use this photo or is it too old?

even if it is 'technically' past the 30 days or 60 days allowed, i cant remember which it is, i still used the photos and never had any problems. the reason why they want recent photos is so that nothing major changes in your physical appearence, any new scars, scruffy beards, longer bangs, eye color changes, gaining or losing weight, if you look the same, and the pic. isnt stamped with a date, use it, they wont know. we never had any problems,

It has the date stamped on the back, which is January 3, 2009. I look the same.
