It won't affect your status. Just a little more paper work to fill out and another interview for the CRBA. This may depend on your interview date and weather you have had your baby at that time. If yes..then you will have to apply for a crba and have another interview to get your baby's U.S passport before they will release your visa. Good luck and God Bless. Mike

I forget the details and too lazy to look for them, but I think I read that if she is visibly pregnant at the interview, she needs to get a DNA test because the baby just might not be the USC's.

Also, think carefully about where the baby is born... expensive in USA especially without insurance and cheap in the RP.
