Have my interview date... how would I work out when the oath ceremony might be?

Hi there

My interview is scheduled for Aug 25th 09 in Orlando, FL. Is there any way of working out when the next oath ceremony would be after that (should everything go to plan)...? Sorry if there is an obvious place to find this out but I couldn't see anything on this forum...

It depends on how backed up the Oath Ceremonies are in your area, but I would guess you'd be naturalized wtihin a month or two of your interview.

Are there any online sources for schedules of when these take place? Alternatively, is it possible to expedite the oath-taking and get it done before the next ceremony?

No, they don't publish the schedules. It actually goes by the federal magistrate judges and when they're available to schedule oath ceremonies. Once you pass your interview, you're placed in a list of people who are eligible for the swearing in process.
