Sorry we are not all they same. Far from it actually.

Please expound, I find your views fascinating.

"Views"? It is called research. It is called culture.

I posted this a while back.

Psychology journal: As humans we essentially little alike. What we are alike in (in a broad sense) is that we all have feelings, likes, dislikes, values, attitudes, goals, beliefs etc. But individual and cultural differences are great. As an individual we have different personality, abilities, intelligence, ambition, motivations, priorities, values expectations etc. Attributes that are further defined by our environment, our community and even heredity (innate). So the assumption that we are all equal, that is, we all think the same is incorrect and false.

That is the part of culture, which you guys confuse for race, that you and your buddies here grossly fail to comprehend.

When criminality runs in the veins, you get to be good at it. It goes undetected. Bravo.

So that isn't racist is it..

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

Peace to All creatures great and small............................................

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

Your copy-paste skills impress me.

Now take that and use it to spec out your two-tier nation. Identify components of each tier and describe to us how they interact with each other.

I wait with bated breath.

I suggested that now did I. If six says I said it, then hey I must have said it. Do they same to six, "No I never said that!"

Saying that people are culturally different is not the same as saying "we're not all equal"

For something to be "equal" it has to be relative to something else (like saying "I have the same amount of cake that you do")

Well I can take your definition of equal too. Is Affirmative Action equal? Where someone is admitted into a school or position, not on the basis of their merits, but due to the color of their skin.

Is that "equal" is it?

I am waiting for your pwned comment. You're got at that.

Well do you believe that "certain immigrant cultures" should have diminished rights?

If the answer is yes - then you believe in a two-tier nation.

If no, then you don't.

No it isn't "equal". But it isn't "superior" either.

Yes being that my folks were immigrants themselves and subjected to racism, yes I by default must agree in a two-tier system. Makes a lot of sense.

So as a true minority that you and I are in America, do we get preferential treatment? Or do I have to basically be black or Hispanic?

Its only "two-tier" if the government endorses it.

Well there would be no need for a two-tier system if you could kick the foreigners out of the country,

which is what I suspect the "Clean Australia" folks want to do.

We don't get preferential treatment, no.

But we're LPRs. Different rules apply.

LPRs are the recipients of a two-tier system.

So based on Australia being ranked forth, when considering the human development index, does it sound like they have a two-tier system.

The only two-tier system around here is the US. Where if you are not Hispanic or a Minority, you are basically made to feel like you are a nobody. As a country of 21 million, Australia has achieved more than both Hispanics and African (85 million) Americans combined. Yes, even when considering that the first batch was exiled to death by the the UK. Want an example, the $180 million dollars worth of swine flu vaccines the US government is buying from there. We earned our respect in this world and certainly not from gang banging.

Does a white south African who is a citizen of the unites States get to apply for affirmative action?

I didn't suggest that Australia had a two tier system.

It arose out of your comment that "we are not all equal". I posed a question to you - nothing more.

Does a white south African who is a citizen of the unites States get to apply for affirmative action?

I honestly don't know.

I do doubt, however that millions of people are adversely affected by affirmative action.
