From Igor's List, 6/9/2009, 9:35am CST

------------ Total -----Unapproved -- Approved --- %Approved

December ---- 112 --------- 30 -------- 82 ---------- 73%

January ----- 115 --------- 32 -------- 83 ---------- 72%

February ---- 113 --------- 84 -------- 29 ---------- 26%

A rep from my senator's office called me and made a comment that she didn't know where I got my information from that states otherwise, but the VSC is taking a full 6 months to approve I-129F petitions. I beg to differ, as shown by the stats from Igor's list.

What a suprise? more lies by people in power

Lets face it, no one knows what goes on in that place or even if they have a system to doing anything. Just makes people suffer for there lack or organisation and quite frankly I don't beleive anyone who could do something would actually put forward the effort. So basically whatever we do or whoever we ask won't make a sodding difference. Just pray for some luck cause theres quite a few of us who haven't been getting any recently.

01/08/2009 - POSTED NOA1 to VSC

01/13/2009 - RECEIVED NOA1, Case Pending

02/06/2009 - TOUCHED - Finacee moved so I presume that was the reason for it

05/20/2009 - Contacted Congressman's Alan Grayson's Offices to ask for assistance on our case, He agrees

06/13/2009 - 5 months and nothing, not even from our congressman :( Were is our NOA2!!!!!!

06/16/2009 - Our congressman actually made contact us for the first time in 4 weeks only to tell us they had written our address down wrong so here we are, still stuck in limbo with not a clue what's happenening

06/17/2009 - Called NVC on a off chance they might have it and they do!!!!! Woop woop. All we need now is that hard copy and were set!

06/17/2009 - NVC send our visa and petition to the london embassy - My packet 3 is on the way, woop woop!

06/19/2009 - Recieved NOA2 in the post, dated 06/11/2009. The panicing is over.....for now

07/01/2009 - Reeceived Packet 3 in the post, woop woop

So....Igors list? Is it worth taking notice of? It seems to be moving quite quickly and i wondered if i should be feeling encouraged by this? At what number should i expect to get our NOA2?

Also, on my time line the estimated date of adjudication has come forward...is this true?

Many Thanks

:)

Was it in TN? I called the senators office in Nashville to see if it would get me anywhere since the local guy in-a-round-bout-way lied to me. The lady was very rude, told me she knows for sure that USCIS does process in order received and they have over 9 millions apps to process.

Geez, I may get it sometime in my next life...
