Can anyone tell me which forms of packet 3 does my fiance need to fill out for herself and her son, from what I understand, the ds-230 part 1 she needs to fill out for herself and her son, but does she need to do that for her and her son with any of the other forms, ds-156, ds-156k, ds-157??

Son does not need DS156K. She does not need DS157. DS157 is for males over age 16, if her son is under age 16 he does not need it. There should be an instruction list, a matrix of sorts, which shows which forms to use for which types of visas.

They BOTH need 2 completed DS156 forms They BOTH need an affidavit of support from you...separate for each, but duplicate supporting documents
