K1 entrant in almost every case is not authorized to work without DHS Authorization - even with a temporary EAD stamp (if that is what you got) - presumably you entered through JFK airport in New York since that is the only POE that issues the stamp any more.

You will very likely need your EAD card.

No.

Even if the stamp you're referring to is a Temporary EAD - employers are no longer permitted to accept this as work authorization - some employers who aren't using the new electronic verification system may, but technically it's not allowed.

Best to get married as soon as possible then file for AOS and EAD right away - the EAD will take anywhere from 60-90 days and is good for 1 year.

It allows you to work IF you have a specific work visa for a specific job to go with that stamp. The Customs and Border Protection people are not the ones who determine if you can work. You do not have the documents needed for the I-9 form all employers are required to complete for new employees and you would not be verified in the "E-verify" system as authorized to work.

No. Check the web for form "I-9". This is required by all employers. Make sure it is the 02-02-09 edition, some old ones are still on the web. You will see you do not have the documents listed.

K-1 is not a work visa. You need to file for EAD and AOS after you are married.
