Ok, I'll humor you.

Have an order pending at .61 :P

Ok, got filled at .61.

 Brought up the 1-minute chart and the drop at the end was some bozo panic seller who sold off about 25,000 shares ($15,000 worth) in the final 5 minutes AT THE BID PRICE! Still won't affect the look of the technicals on the chart but that was a VERY DISAPPOINTING CLOSE! Good news is MPG is making higher highs and higher lows and volume was nice today.

Truly a disappointing close on MPG due to a bozo selling at the bid price like it was going out of style but no effect on the technicals:

... key thing to remember (imo) is resistance is broken, setting higher highs and higher lows, MACD has crossed, pSAR is due for a flip within the next few sessions (last 49 sessions the pSAR has been bearish all but 5 days), volume has been picking up over the last week, and finally, a couple of nice technicals have curled up (ROC, CCI, up AROON). Two other things will happen very quickly if MPG can get a couple positive days: 1) is the PPO is going to cross, that is pretty much a guarantee, and 2) The +/- DIs have started to diverge and should make a nice cross if MPG can get with the program.

I'm thinking a gap up tomorrow and some new highs and better volume (such as a break of 1 million buys).

It's soooo slow and illiquid... barely moves at all intraday.

I entered a stop at .51 and a sell order at .76. Whatever, I'll let it run. :P

We're looking good on MPG for next week:

MPGclosejuly24.png

MPGdivergencestoch.png

LEE closed at $1.21, down about 7%. They report earnings on Thursday and I'm still holding so far.

PCX went up 4.5% to close at $8.73. The high of the day was $8.75. Chart looks real good as do most of the other coal charts. A couple of the other coal companies report Monday (FCL/ANR) and PCX reports Tuesday. If earnings Monday are decent it should be another nice gain. Tuesday should be + or -10% on PCX earnings. Last time PCX reported the stock shot from $6 to $11 in a matter of a couple of weeks so if earnings are good, this could kiss single digits goodbye for a very long time:

My sell triggered at .76.

Good call, thanks mate.

You hit that to perfection! May want to consider getting back in around this 66 cent level? 66 is the middle bollinger band. I'm still holding but may get out soon....

Another good one is CHB around 55 cents...I'm thinking about jumping in but most of my money is tied up..

India, gun buyback and steamroll.
