Hi Maureen,

I have seen other VJ members that have written that they got two interview letters. If I were you guys I would definitely give them a call. Whether something happens or not over the telephone go to the first interview with both letters. At the interview show them the letter and if the second appointment is not needed have them write cancelled and have them sign it and keep it for your records. In case there is a problem later on.

Thank you Ssalburo, Red_cherry123, Americangirl, Ingjohanna, Peggy & Peter Miami.

We called the 1-800 number last Monday and got thru. My husband explain the situation and the lady who received our call said that we should just go to the earliest date given (which is the August 29 rather than August 30) and to bring both letters and show it to them. She said they should give us the interview on the 29th because somehow they make the mistake of sending two letters.
