People can't give you advice if you don't answer some questions, like in your original thread on this matter:

without the explanation - hard to answer...

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

She said she got an EMAIL from USCIS yesterday. It doesn't sound like she actually recieved the denial letter yet. She also said that her husband forgot to send in the G-325 and sent it in late: ATTEN: USCIS and the address. Sounds like they may not have gotten that document until after the RFE timeframe, but either way, you will need to wait and see what your denial letter says.

Maybe you can book an inforpass and go down to the USCIS office and talk to someone, but it's probably better to wait until you recieve the denial letter. It probably should come to you in the mail soon.

09/23/2009 - date of decision to approve (letter received), just waiting for card. No online updates whatsoever.

my mind is blank... i cant think any things... i just dont know what to do... im here in the phils. as of now my husband havent received the notice of denial...and once he received that notice i know he will fel bad too. weve been waiting for this case for such a long time,,, if they want to deny us they deny us at first they held our case,,its unfair,,,i feel like were the only one who suffer in this situation, wasted time.

what else will happen after this denial...do we have a chance to be together? i can do nothing.

thanks for the thought,,thanks also for the care..i really appreciate you all guys.. i just really feel hurt and rejected now..but i know i can make it... just giving my self time to feel this pain and one of this day i know i can stand again...i need to be strong also just for my husband..i dont want him to see me like this.. i need to cheer him up too,.,,

thanks a lot..this site was such a big help for us... i love you all. ONCE he received the notice ill tell you all what the denial notice all about... we only have email from cris... so we dont have any idea... i just pray that after all those things,,there gonna be a great awakening... im still praising our savior Jesus.. Im know that he always has a reason for that.
