I wonder if there is anybody whose case got transferred and the case was approved with only vaccination supplement sent ?

Yes, we sent no I-693 transcription. We only sent the DS3025 and the AOS was approved. There are others. Some I can think of are Talyss, Dutti, Sightly Bonkers, Rosalinda, Highway Star, Eric-Pris....

How stupid is that :bonk: We all came here because of fiance visa and medical examination was part of the K1 process so we wouldnt be in Usa if we havent done medical examination at the country of origin

Exactly, that's why I was wondering if the date of the medical exam was documented anywhere in the petition at the time of the interview. I think it is but I can't remember exactly. If so, then if the medical is less than a year old, you are good to go. How can you prove it? That's a different story...

The date is documented on the medical exam papers. They have to see medical results to approve you, not just a date. The visa was approved by the Dept of State. The AOS is a new application to a different government agency--the USCIS, so you have to show them medical results signed by an approved doctor. They bent their rules to say they would accept results approved within one year by the DOS, but they still want to see it. Government agencies don't always work together much.
