Hi there VJ family, I'm just curious about the warning don't open the visa pocket or the yellow envelop..When I received my visa I open the air21 plastic I get my passport cause I didn't know what visa look a like, so when I read the warning statement I open the plastic and I see the yellow envelop " but i did not open it" and get and read the warning statement it attached also the cfo thing on it. so my question is it is OK that I open the plastic having the yellow envelop aside from the air21 plastic?

Hope you could help me I'm so confused I'm afraid that the immigration will reject it.

thank you

Congratulations - yes, you need to open the plastic to get your passport out with the visa. Don't open the yellow envelope though. When you enter the US hand carry that envelope because you will need to turn it in - unopened - to the US immigration officials. It contains your whole immigration file of paperwork and you are carrying it back to the US for them. When you turn it over at the border, they will keep it and then forward it to the proper US immigration office near where you live so it is there for when you apply to Adjust Status (AOS - the next stage of the visa journey after you get married).

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

"Our Wedding Prayer"

Lord, help us to remember when we first met,and the strong love that grew between us.

To work the love into practical things so nothing can divide us

Grant us a Love that grows stronger with each passing year.

We ask for words both kind and loving

and for hearts always ready to ask forgiveness as well as to forgive.

Guide us to overcome every challenge

and keep our dreams pure to each other always.

Dear Lord,we put our marriage into Your hands.Amen

If your heart acquires strength, you will be able to remove blemishes from others without thinking evil of them.
