already case complete at the NVC and interview date is june 10.but i think the 2008 income of my husband did not meet the new poverty guidelines of 2009.i mean 2008 income is 25,000 plus but the new poverty guidelines in 26,000 plus. if the NVC already completed a case, does it mean all are ok ? or do we need to have a co sponsor for the affidavit and bring it on the interview

Not sure how many dependants are in your figures, but here is the link to the 2009 poverty guidelines:

http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-864P.pdf

The I-864 was provided to NVC , but the USEM may want to see it again, so it is best to have a xerox (copies) of everything sent to USCIS and NVC at the interview.

Naturalization

3/23/14 - N400 package sent to Phoenix

3/27/14 - N400 package delivered

4/3/14 - NOA1 receipt date

4/4/14 - check cashed

04/29/14 - biometrics date

07/01/14 - interview date

xx/xx/xx - Oath Ceremony

household size is 3 and the poverty guidlines should be 26325...my husband filed our affidavit feb 22,2009... and the 2008 income of my husband is 25,000plus which will meet the 2008 poverty guidelines but not 2009

You should have your husband get a co-sponsor. Yeah the CO may ask why he does not meet the current income levels. Does he have a close relative, that makes good money? That person would be a perfect co-sponsor.

income will be looked at two more times at the interview

is projected 2009 income ok? bring current paystubs

What chart are you looking at? The 125% poverty level for a family of 3 is $22,887, unless you live in Hawaii.

I'm a bit confused with your statement. Maybe I'm the one mistaken?

125% of the 2009 Poverty Guideline for a household size of 3 should be $26,325 income.

According to this chart, the guideline of household size of 3 is $21,060 income. So multiply that by 1.25 and you should get $26,325. So you should have a household income of that amount. If not, you would need a co-sponsor.
