I am a little worried now .... I didn't include copies of my passport ... however I did include copies of hotel receipts , engagement ring receipt from Phils, boarding passes both 2 and from, luggage copies etc ... anyone else get a RFE for not including copies of your entire passport ... I wish I would of read more on this website before I sent the petition in ... it does not say in the instructions for the form on the USCIS website to include this ... anyone else have any experience with this? We would really hate to get delayed (RFE) due to this ... thanks in advance for any info or help. Is there anything we can do now by sending in copies of the passport premptively?

Do not worry so much...they just want to make you have actually meet in the last 2 years.

Photos with both of you and all other stuff you already sent should be enough.

Regarding RFE(s)....is not as bad as you think, if they ask anything in addition, just sent back to them overnight, it usually add just very little time.

One piece of advice,

start preparing what is needed for the Embassy interview....it may come faster then you think.

Don't do the same mistake i did, especially if the FIANCE has been outside of the native country, Police Clearance in some countries are painful slow to get them.

Copy of the petitioner's passport with arrival and departure stamp is one important document to show that he actually went here to visit you. Some applicants get approved without sending any proof of their meeting, some get an RFE.

Just provide the needed document if ever you get an RFE. I've read that the petition actually moves fast after sending back the required document.
