Hello! I just got off the phone with the highly recommended Dr. Arnold office and everything sounds very easy. The thing is that I just have this little yellow book "International Certificates of Vaccination" to proof my immunizations. I can´t find the sheet of paper anymore that I got from my German doctor. I asked if copies from this little yellow book are enough and she said yes.

Is that right or can I get an RFE for it?

Does USCIS know that I already did my medical in Germany?

If Dr. Arnold says he will accept it, then it will be fine. Make sure you have had every shot required. Your German medical was in the brown envelope you turned in at POE. If it didn't get lost, then they will have it in your AOS file.

Yes they know about the medical in home country, it was in the immigrations packet that you turn in at the POE.

All that is needed from a K-Visa holder is the vaccinations record transferred to the I-693.

Sometimes the visa med does not make it to USCIS, and only in this case USCIS will RFE for it or request a full I-693 brought to AOS interview.
