Hey all...I just registered so am completely new to this. I just returned from Fushun 3 weeks ago where I met my fiance. I am in the process of filling out the I-129f and the G325a. I have SO many questions but will keep it to 2 for now. First...on question 16 it asks for her name and address in her native language. Obviously I do not write Chinese, so do I need to send her the form and she send it back to me? She did make some post-it size notes for me with her name and address in Chinese...perhaps I could include one of those with my application. Second...is it correct that I must have her send me a completed G325a before I can submit the I-129f? I do not want to mess this up! Thank you in advance for your help. Jeff

since the G325A needs her original signature anyway, you can send her the I-129f form and have her write her information that requries Chinese. the G325A have 4 pages, make sure she fills out 4 pages and include at least 2 passport pictures (even though people send one, if you want go ahead and send two)

A few things,

Have her email you her name in Chinese and simply Cut and paste into the PDF, OR you can print the characters out on plain paper, and using white glue paste them onto the forms. I knew enough pinyin and have pinyin IME istalled on my computer so that I could type in Chinese.

Second:

Join and USE "A Candle for Love" That board has extensive information about the consulate in Guangzhou, and the FAQ there is second to none.

Agreed, she will need to sign an original G-325 so send her the forms and have her fill it out in her native language.

Good luck.
