i have a question regarding phone calls, we're using yahoo messenger for calls coz its cheaper, how can i save n print it?

You can access your call history by clicking on the "Contacts" menu and selecting "Call History". Be aware that there are no provisions for printing the call history list, so be prepared to do some screen captures.

If you also use instant messaging to chat then you need to specifically enable archiving of your text chat sessions. You can do this by clicking on the "Messenger" menu and selecting "Preferences". In the Preferences dialog box, select the "Archive" category, and then select the radio button labeled "Yes, save all of my messages". Click "Ok". You can access your text chat archive by clicking on the "Contacts" menu and selecting "Message Archive". Again, there are no provisions for printing either the log or individual chat sessions, so be prepared to do some screen captures.

Edit: Assuming you're using Windows, to capture the active window hold the "Alt" key and press the "PrintScreen" key. This will copy the active window onto the clipboard. You can paste this into Paint, or any other program that will copy images from the clipboard.
