Hi

Not sure if anyone can help or direct me to see if he'll have problems at POE back here.

His father just noticed his Green card has an F more female on it - I hadn't noticed !

Does anyone know if he'll have problems re-entering ?

Should I do anything right now to get it amended - not sure if I could with him not being here ?

Should my ex maybe speak to the American consulate in London ?

Any help would be appreciated

Is your son already in UK..presumably he has his GC WITH him if so..in which case, yeah call the Embassy and explain..or get ex to do it..and take advice

If he's not left yet I doubt you'd get it fixed before he goes if he's going soon..

My green card has the wrong sex on it as well. For the change to be made you have to fill out new forms, send in old forms but more importantly, send back the green card that is incorrect. Not a speedy process either. I would see what they can do on that end to make an easier POE for him when he returns and have it fixed once he gets back asap.

and instructions on where to send the Form when a replacement is needed due

Send him a copy of that email and carry it with him through POE to show that you have contacted someone about the error....

A bit off-topic, but... The Dublin Embassy keeps on addressing their correspondence to "Ms B."... and the last time I checked, I was male I hope they will take my word for it during the interview !
