A quick question. If I get the notarized letter as soon as we get the approval will it matter what the time is between that letter and the actual interview? I would assume that the pay check stubs would indicate that I am still employed by that employer. Not to mention the rest of the information regarding employment.

There are no specific time frames for the I-134, but for the I-864 (which the consulates usually use as a guide) the requirement is within one year. Also employment letters are optional and YES, your check stubs will be sufficient

Employer letter does NOT have to be notarized, but it will not hurt if it is.
