I received RFE letter yesterday and sent off same information i sent them for the first time.

1. Joint Tax Return 2007 and 2008

2. Joint Bank Statement from Feb 2009 to April 2009

3. Health Insurance Card(both name on it)

4. Auto Insurance card and information(both name on it)

actually, i am freaking out that after i read other people evidences that i didn't send anything bills, and both copy of driver license. I told my husband and he said that we are hiding anything so it would be ok. Well, i am way too much worry about this. Hopefully, our case will get approved soon.

Did you include the W-2/1099 for 2007/2008?

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
