1040ez for aos

i have a question about my 1040EZ. the occupations on the form are wrong, they have put nurse for me and doctor for my husband. technically that is wrong because we are both still studying for out boards to become a nurse and a doctor? i asked my cousin lawyer who prepared this and she said it would be not problem uinless i am thinking of immigration. do i cross them out and put the real occupations then send the 1040ez to the irs?

i need tot he 1040ez for my aos right? in one question it says do you want to allow another person to discuss this return with the IRS? do i put NVC/consulate on it?

also i have a couple of dollars tax returns and it says to supply my account number for my refund...do i write in my account number, make a copy and this copy will go to nvc? please help very confused.

The tax returns (and any supporting documents) are used as a way to verify income - the occupation listed on a tax return is irrelevant.

There is also no need to list NVC (or anyone else) the release to allow the IRS to discuss your return with.

thanks man! so i just leave it as it is? anyway do i send a copy of this with my signature and my husbands signature on it to the irs/nvc bec we filed for joint!
