You mean the online status did not change saying they received your RFE and processing has resumed? Did you get the return acknowledgment when they sign for the RFE after received? Better you either call up USCIS or schedule an Infopass to confirm that the RFE was received. Once they confirm it has been resumed, all you can do is wait.

Hi sara9,

CSC has been slow in responding to the applicant recently. Did you contact your senator/congressman, because CSC says 6 months for I-751 and you are way out of their processing timeline. Contact either senator/congressman or both if one doesn't work. Try calling them, if that doesn't work out setup an appointment and go to them and ask for their Immigration Expert or Liason and explain your case and why you need their help and how you complied with USCIS and waited and haven't received approval or interview yet even after RFE.

I am sure you if you try harder they will do an inquiry with USCIS which works like charm, because senator/congressman can complain about the center and the employee their supervisor processing your case can get fired. That's why most of folks here on VJ who have done it have gotten approval within 1-2 weeks of inquiry about their cases.

Also search this forum for tipics/thread on 'how to contact senator/congressman.

Good Luck and hang in there.
