Hi All,

I received an RFE for my AOS yesterday and sent the papers straight away through express mail at the NBC at (address on my RFE):

US Department of Homeland Security

PO Box 648004

LEE'S SUMMIT, MO 64002

When I checked where my package was this morning on the USPS website it says "Your item was returned to the sender on May 14, 2009 because it could not be delivered as addressed"

Did I miss anything??? I am so upset!!

Nope, should be sent to the address mentioned on the RFE. I just wonder if they made a typo of if the USPS is definitely dumb

Alright then :) Thanks! Did you send it express mail or priority mail?

we sent it priority mail with delivery confirmation. It didn`t really help :) when we checked it online , it said "item arrived at the processing centre and ready for pick up" for a couple of days... according to their site, it never got there! but then a couple of days later we received an email from CRIS saying that they got the evidence and case processing is resumed.
